Dr. Randy Shuler has been the Organist at First Baptist Hightstown since 2014. His emphases are on both classical and contemporary music through the use of the organ, piano and handbells. He also serves as our Music Director and directs and accompanies our Adult Worship Choir.
Ms. Debbie Hancock works as our Church Administrator. Working in the church office to coordinate contacts, handle correspondence and effect the day-to-day operations of the church office, Debbie is always there to meet the needs of the community! Mr. Kendrick Guerrero works as our A/V “Guru” and Social Media Coordinator. Kendrick faithfully manages our sound booth and the recording and posting of our services every Sunday.
Ms. Faith Archer works as our Sexton. She has had the care of all of our buildings for over 15 years. She is always ready to lend a hand for anything that might need to be done.
